Dr, Emma Michaud is extremely thorough and professional. She takes the time to explain your testing procedures as well as the tests results. All staff are extremely , knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. It’s so refreshing to have a wonderful experience with an excellent medical team. Also, no hassle or unexpected fees , they have a flat fee which is extremely reasonable and affordable regardless of the hearing tests. Less than any insurance deductible. If you need a hearing test, please do use Dr. Michaud. And her practice.

My mother got hearing aids here recently and had a particularly difficult time getting them in her ears. Everyone here, but especially Emma, we're extraordinarily patient with my mother. They gave her a long tutorial and instruction session, then brought her in for a second one. Eventually my mother got to the point where she can put them in her ears herself and is absolutely thrilled with them! Cannot recommend them enough.

Advanced Hearing Center is terrific. Everyone is kind, caring and knowledgeable. I fought hearing aides for a long time but when I finally decided to try them, the audiologists I worked with were so patient with me. They even refer to the hearing aids as I like to call them - sound boosters. Having these devices has changed my life and I will be forever grateful to Emma and Erin for getting me there!
