I was having problems with tightness/weakness in my hip. Mary’s myofascial work was excellent. I look forward to seeing her again for more therapy. I only received her myofascial work, which is very different from regular Swedish massage. It’s great for specific pain, tightness, and post injury/surgery. I highly recommend Mary. She goes out of her way to listen and work with you and truly cares about helping you heal.
I can it say enough good things about my experience with Mary. She was informative and very professional. I noticed some immediate pain relief. I'll be going back.
