🚨Dr. Raul if you not seeing these reviews that’s where everything is going wrong. You have patients complaining about the way your front desk workers are treating us. No respect, talks to all the patients with attitude, we are waiting 2-4 hours to get seen, that’s not normal, the system is not working the way these appointments are being scheduled. You got patients getting up and leaving. That’s bad for your business! Patients are complaining your more focus on your Botox business on Saturday’s and not swinging by on these Saturday’s to see how we are being treated. I just witnessed 8 patients get up and leave because how they got treated. A young girl got told by your front desk to go home and she was waiting for 3 hours to get blood work. This is wrong!

I was scheduled and fully confirmed for a Saturday appointment, including reminders and pre-check-in. I showed up on time only to find out the office is closed on Saturdays. No call, no notice, no explanation. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. Do not schedule appointments on days your office isn’t open. The personal and doctor should know better.

I am delighted to be treated at this clinic. The doctor really cares, pays attention to what we say if it matters and the receptionist also has good customer service I recommend it 100%, many can be doctors but few are successful and if they continue like this they will always be successful. 💙🩵🦋

While Dr. Duran seems to be more of a cosmetic doctor than a general medicine practitioner, my main concern is with the overall quality of service at his office. The staff, especially those at the front desk, are extremely unprofessional. I seriously doubt whether they are even properly certified.
