They have been great with the tests and my first office visit, however to get anyone one the telephone you are looking at a wait time of over 25 minutes. I had a question prior to my appointment and called them as I was leaving my home. I arrived 20 minutes later and sat in their parking lot for 5 minutes and still no one picked up. The you g lady asked if she could put me on hold and there I remained for 25 minutes until I hung up and went I to the office. They really need to hire an extra person to help out with phones.

After months of stomach pain and weight loss due to IBS, I'm on my way to better health. Thanks to Corey Henderson, who actually listened to my complaints and gave me some sound medical advice. I was referred here for a possible bowel issue. I was considering a procedure. I saw a PA, a man that was very impatient. I was asking questions about the colonoscopy procedure and he said, I'm not going to sit here and go over all the possible things that could happen during the procedure. You wouldn't remember it anyway. I told him there were questions I needed answered for me to proceed, where I would feel comfortable with it. Then, a moment later he asked if I wanted to continue and I said NO. He asked what I wanted to do and I requested to see another doctor. So he walked me up to the desk and told the lady. I was rescheduled with another doctor. The day before the appointment, I caught a bug. I tried repeatedly that day and the day of, to call to reschedule my appointment. NO ONE

I was referred by Advent ER to see Dr. Patel a gastroenterologist here in Sebring Florida. When I called to make the appointment I was dreading to make, 1 of the kindest young ladies I have ever talked to, her name is Emily, helped me book this appointment, and ended the call with, I hope you will be feeling better soon. 2 days later, I arrive to my scheduled visit, and was greeted personally by this genuinely sincere, kind young lady. Emily, if you read this, you made my life a bit better by your kindness. I would give you 100 stars if it was an option. 🌟
