Advanced Foot & Ankle Clinic

Appointment went well, timely manner to be seen and staff friendly. Disappointed in the fact doctor discussed meds to alleviate foot pain and I was assured meds would be called into pharmacy. A week later I still have no meds called in . I have a follow up appointment in a few months but now not sure that I want to go back if this is how they conduct business.

Doc Wilson is standing on business, he’s the man! Everyone in that clinic is a perfect example of what procedural professionalism is all about. Anyone in these reviews saying otherwise is a heifer.. lips just flapping in the wind.

The front office staff were efficient yet friendly. Luke was extremely nice. He walked us back and took my history and then he said Dr. Wilson would be in to see me. Dr. Wilson was held up with another patient and Luke came back to room to let us know. Then there is Dr. Wilson. He is kind, gentle and informative. By the time he did my procedure I knew exactly what was going to happen and what to expect after surgery with follow up in two weeks. I’m not afraid of doctors but, the thought having my ingrown toenails removed was scary. I was not even nervous when they started the procedure. Definitely would recommend Dr. Wilson and his staff!

UPDATE BASED ON BUSINESS REPONSE: My wife was brought in as a new patient to see Dr. Wilson. her issue was Plantar fasciitis. Well prior to making this appointment we asked if this office does cortisone shots as a method of treatment. The office stated yes so we made the appointment. We specifically were seeking cortisone shots for her feet due to its success with me when I had the same problem a year ago. When we got in, they did the normal thing and took x-rays, but then when Dr. Wilson came in, he tried to have my wife do foot stretches rather than solve problem with the cortisone shot. It was explained to Dr. Wilson, we have done stretching and wrapping, but it has failed to help the problem. Dr. Wilson tried to continue saying he has a "special" stretch that with "solve the probl

Been here many times!🦶 Parking lot is a little tight, but adjacent lot is available. Office is clean, modern, well kept & staff is friendly & helpful. Multi exam rooms, so the wait for doctor is less than 10 min. Dr. Wilson is a marvelous man. He is soft spoken & loves to teach / explain about the injury & healing process. A very knowledgeable doctor! X ray on site is a definite plus.
