Let me start with the person at the front desk, the most unprofessional with a nasty attitude. I made an appointment, took my insurance Information , call me to confirm, when I get there I was told that they didn't take my Insurance. Go to another dentist this i e withhold disappoint you. Trust me they dont care about you .

My 1st time at this dentist was today & it was a great, easy experience! They took my X-Rays & did my cleaning with no problem. My teeth were noticeably whiter after leaving! Everyone who works here is friendly. I appreciated the reminders prior to the appointment as well. The dentist who I had was humming during my cleaning, & that actually helped the process be easier/much more relaxing for me. Made my 6 month appointment already! Will be back!

I have been hesitating on calling to make an appointment. I called today because the office is in walking distance to my house. Someone answered the phone. I told her what health insurance I had. I may have stated it wrong, but when I told her the health plan I had and not the Dental Plan I have she abruptly said, we don't take that. It was nasty to me and left me angry. Miss I'm used to paying for services if I need them. You should not answer like you did. You did not seem friendly at all and losing cash money for the dentist. I called another dentist and the receptionist was sweet as pie. She asked and she told me they were checking on a contract that she thought my insurance had. Call back in a few days. I have to drive there and if I have to pay it would be worth it to have

I had a disappointing and unhygienic experience at this dental office in the fall of 2022. The dentist only cleaned my front teeth, rushed through the appointment, and left without explanation or allowing me to ask questions. The hygiene standards were also concerning, with questionable tools used during the procedure, leaving me feeling the visit was a waste of time. As a result, I avoided seeing a dentist for a long time. However, after a much better experience with a different dentist, I felt compelled to share this review. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone seeking quality care and professionalism.

I've had extensive work done here and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this, office. I had all of my teeth removed and a set of dentures made and realigned. I'm so happy with the end result. I also have severe anxiety and the dentist was extremely patient with me. I would like to thank them very much for my beautiful smile that I have now
