STAY AWAY!!! Office staff is really unprofessional. I called and made an appointment 10 days in advance. When I showed up at my scheduled appointment date and time, I was told the doctor wasn't in that day but nobody had contacted me to cancel. Because I had a Groupon voucher, I had to reschedule my appointment because they said they wouldn't give me a refund. I went back to the office for the second time for my rescheduled appointment and the doctor was even worse than the office staff. I had purchased a Groupon for a vial of Sculptra. One of the first things the doctor told me was that Sculptra by itself doesn't work and she wanted to sell me additional purchases and she didn't want to give me the Sculptra injection by itself. This is a terrible place to be, if I can give them zero I will give them that, my husband's appointment is 11:30AM and we went 15 minutes ahead of time as a respect for the doctor's time. We've waited for like more than an hour and the doctor is still not around and the front desk keep on saying she will be there in a minute and in a minute. We are trying to cancel but the front desk kept on with "she will be here in a minute" I spoke to her and telling her to respect the time of the patients as we also have prior commitments with other medical provider and then the medical assistant by the name of "ALEX" went out and screamed his lungs out in front of the other patients that "YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND LEAVE AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR" that's how unprofessional this place, very nasty mouth and

I absolutely love Dr.alina. She pays attention to detail and achieves the desired look. She will not just inject what you think is right but what is symmetrical and suites your face (what is actually needed). She educates you and wants you remain natural by enhancing your current beauty! I’ve gone elsewhere for my problem areas in the past and she’s the only one who’s done the job perfectly and effortlessly! Never leaving her! Not to mention she’s so nice to talk to, so sweet and extremely generous!!!!!
