I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Neha Pandya at AE Advanced Endodontics, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Pandya was incredibly professional, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She took the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable. The root canal itself was far easier than I expected—virtually painless—and Dr. Pandya’s calm, confident approach made a potentially stressful situation feel surprisingly smooth. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and the entire environment felt clean, modern, and well-organized. I highly recommend Dr. Pandya to anyone needing endodontic care. Her expertise and professionalism truly stand out.

I have had a deep fear of dental procedures ever since I served in the military. Dental Assistant Dawn and Dr. Pandya understood my fear and were so patient with me. They made sure I was always comfortable and took things slow with me, ensuring I was completely numb before starting anything. Their kindness meant the world to me. My anxiety with dental procedures is now much more manageable and I truly thank them for their huge role in that. Also, Michelle at the front desk is the sweetest and such a friendly face to be greeted with. I will always go back to Advanced Endodontics for future root canals.

The office runs like a well-coordinated team — assistants use wireless headsets to keep patients informed, and everything moves efficiently. Most impressive was that my procedure was completely pain-free, far better than my first root canal years ago. Dr. Chen was kind, reassuring, and explained each step clearly. I was referred for a root canal and was very pleased with the service provided by Advanced Endodontics. From the front desk scheduling and check in to the actual procedure. Everything was explained in detail. I have had a root canal in the past, that was painful. This root canal was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. The staff are all wonderful friendly and very professional. Dr. Pandya is very professional. She explained the entire procedure to me in detail, from start to finish. She made sure I experienced NO discomfort or pain during the procedure. Once the novacaine wore off…… virtually painless. I did take a Tylenol just to be safe, but overall, a great experience. I was impressed with the process and the outcome. I would highly recommend.
