Advanced Diagnostic Radiology

I had a very positive experience receiving my CAT scan yesterday at ADR. The staff greeting me was very friendly and professional. The technician in the CAT scan room was kind, encouraging, and friendly. We moved through the entire procedure quickly and efficiently. Dr Kim spoke with me at length. He carefully reviewed my several scans from the past and then related them to my current scan. His evaluation was thorough, kind, professionally given, and very encouraging.

Wonderful experience at ADR for my all my OB ultrasounds. Friendly staff, clean facility, and very efficient. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend. My 2 year old daughter has also had two X-rays and they were amazing and caring to her as well!

I love to go to ADR for all my radiology needs. They get you in and out quickly. They also offer services to read your X-ray on site. What a great service to offer to our community when we have medical needs.

I have never been treated so horribly. The receptionist was extremely ignorant from the moment I stepped off the elevator and while she doesn’t have the ability to answer the office phone, she can use her cellphone. I tried calling twice to confirm my appointment because they never called me. No one ever answered . Some large woman in scrubs yelled at my husband for walking with me to the Women’s waiting room. It got so bad that all I could do was sob quietly until after an hour and 15 minutes I was finally called back for my anatomy scan. I started experiencing pain from holding a full bladder for that long.It takes so little to be helpful, to be reassuring to a first time mom. This could have been a special moment for us, but it was entirely ruined. We even took the day from our respect
