Waited an hour past my appointment time to even go back. Was just about to leave then they called me. Then they have you literally strip all your clothes off and put a robe that doesn’t cover you on, for no reason. There is literally no reason to not keep underwear on. Sleezy. Don’t go here, lots of other options in the area.

I was very pleased with this location and both tech as well as receptionist were amazing. I would highly recommend. Thank you. It’s not often you find a place that is excellent in all areas.

i unfortunately booked an MRI with GoodSam/ Midtown imaging for lumbar and thoracic last month....never going back to that cold place and they mishandled my appointment. Just go here to Beaches MRI. I had one done on my foot years back and today I had to do a Cervical MRI and booked an appt with them. the tech was dressed so professionally AND you get your own private dressing room! the office doesnt feel like an office but feels homey. They offer sedation❤️the MRI room itself looks like a spa. you have a mic so the tech can hear you which helped me. Good Sam didn’t have the mic and it was scary.

Excellent experience!!! Technician was very knowledgeable and personable. Explained in detail the procedure. Due to claustrophobia, I was given Valium. The room is beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff and technician were professional and pleasant. The facility was clean. The technician John verified who I was and the procedures I was there for. He explained what to expect, how long each procedure would take and offered me either headphones with music or earplugs to make me comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you.
