Nice and clean facility! The staff was very friendly. Dr. Martinez was very sweet, knowledgeable and addressed every issue we had!

I've been to two other Dermatologists in my life. One I had for 20 or more years in Plantation. He retired. The Staff and Doctor are as good as any I have seen. Helped me where others could not. Or a better treatment plan was used. He takes things off that are suspect and the staff gets back within a few days. I am shocked to read the reviews on this Establishment. That's why I wrote this. I will continue to see Dr. Daoud

Be careful of this place. We had a visit for our son, and with no insurance we always pay our full balance out of pocket for any doctors visits. This was no exception. However, 2 months later we received a bill in the mail claiming that “after provider adjustments” we owed more money. After multiple calls and messages not one single person would return our phone calls or give any explanation as to why we were being charged more after the fact. I can only imagine how many people they rip off with this exact scenario. Avoid these people if you can help it.

Dr. Daoud is the only dermatologist I trust. About ten years ago, my primary physician recommended an annual skin check because we live in Florida. She gave me three options. Two had shiny postcards advertising a FREE! skin exam, and the third was a business card. The first visit there was not free. I chose that one and have been happy with Dr. Daoud since. He tells you what is benign, and sometimes sneak attacks something on your body that isn't, but no useless biopsies. Only if he thinks it is necessary. And he is quick and professional. You won't wait for your appointment. You see, FREE! is almost never free. You will end up with holes all over your skin for the certainly NOT free biopsies at those other clinics.

The appointment staff are incredibly incompetent and make wrong appointments continuously. My wife needed a laser treatment for her hand, and they decided to book a face skin care doctor for her. When we asked why they booked it wrong she informed us that she has no idea what kind of doctor she needs. Better training needed, this is a failure on management.
