Terrible patient service. My husband had a scheduled appt. Couldn’t make it for the time set. So he called to let the office know and asked for a later appt the same day. He was told no. Now he’s being charged $100 for a “no show” ( called but still considered a no show). Receiving harassing calls from their account person. Demanding the $100 be paid or it will be handed over to a collection agency. The lady told me herself they don’t have time to call patients to confirm appts and family emergency and things don’t matter. No excuse is taken into consideration. Rude, disrespectful , and unprofessional.

I missed my appointment due to a very severe automobile accident the day before my scheduled appointment. Obviously I could NOT make the appointment since I was hospitalized and I called them the day after to explain what had happened. They INSISTED on charging me a $50.00 late fee and bombarded me with invoices after I called and explained the circumstances. I will pay this fee but hope NO ONE else visits this practice. In my opinion, it’s only about the money and not the patients.

Our family has been going here for many many years. The staff are pretty good, but the providers are excellent. We've seen Leslie Graves the most and she is very knowledgeable, kind and a good sense of humor. I recommend her all the time. An FYI update: Only the owner is left. Leslie and all the PAs or Nurse Practitioners left during the "pandemic". They no longer take our insurance so we had to leave. Our insurance still lists them as available, so call first before transferring to be sure they take your exact insurance. New update: my insurance changed and I am back here!!! Dr. Beard is head and shoulders above the rest. I tried a couple of different places in between, and they were okay but not to this level!

So, I wasn't sure at first. When I was contacted about making an appointment due to a referral the scheduler wasn't very nice or helpful. She was condescending and made to feel as if she was doing me a favor (I mean, I'm paying for it). I almost cancelled the morning of. I am so glad I didn’t! Dr. Beard was wonderful, so informative, quick to address my concerns and made me aware of a few concerns I didn't have which I am thankful for. Her assistant Lindsey was just as amazing. She was quick to help and when it came to having an injection, she was fast and gentle. I barely felt a thing in where I consider a sensitive area. Both were incredibly attentive, caring, and kind which means so much when you have skin conditions. I have been to several dermatologists in the area over the years. Han

I don’t understand the bad reviews. We’ve been going here for more than 10 years since they were across the street and have been treated extremely well by everyone always. Today my wife and I saw Leslie Graves and her assistant who were both warm, friendly, and professional. I couldn’t ask for more from any health professionals. See you next year and thank you. Update March 17, 2021: Another excellent experience at our annual skin cancer screening. We were greeted by a welcoming lady at the front desk as we walked in. Dr Beard is as warm and professional as you could hope for. Her assistant, Alyssa, was courteous and efficient. We’ll be back again next year. Keep up the great work.
