ADP kept sending me messages that my insurance was inactive, which it wasn't. I responded with the required information to prove my insurance was still active, but it didn't get entered into their system. They cancelled my apppt (due to Dr. being sick) and when I called to reschedule, I was told STILL that my insurance was inactive. Despite explaining that I had followed their requests to prove my insurance active, they stated I was stlll moving forward as "inactive". I decided not to proceed with them for this reason and the Dr. cancelling day of.

The atmosphere was pleasantly inviting and clean and the doctor was polite and very informative. With that being said my reasons for giving four stars is because I went in for a Dr. Visit and was prescribed some cream. After I have used my prescription for about three to six months, I will revisit and post another review. Fingers crossed 😊

The staff was very polite and the team worked well to provide service to patients. The facility at 101 Pennsylvania was very clean. There was a longer wait than anticipated. However, the Dr. came in the exam room immediately after the intake nurse took my info, so I was pleased with the overall visit!

Was happy with the service, just had to wait a little longer then expected, other than that I was satisfied. You can't control people talking so loud on their phones in the doctor's office just have to learn patience.

Very pleasant administrative assistant, doctors aide was informative & the doctor was fantastic. She explained my options, gave her best medical advice as to which steps I should take. I am very happy about the services
