I have been trying to get my test results and my perscription for a month now. They said they would call me back multiple times i have also left several voicemails. This is a new derm for me my last derm was great with this,my insurance changed now I have to deal with this. I just want my test results and to get my perception refilled as they said they would.

Me and my family have been patients of Maria Nunez at Advanced Dermatology for many years now. She is the absolute best!! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she truly cares about her patients. She listens carefully and clearly explains every part of every step, which has definitely helped my kids feel even more comfortable. The office is always very accommodating. I highly recommend Maria Nunez and Advanced Dermatology!!

Arrived early and was immediately helped filling out the paperwork Then the medical assistant spoke with me she could not have been any nicer. Then Dr. Zara came in what a difference from other offices I have been too. She was truly concerned with my situation she even helped with another cut on my leg that was not related to my visit. She was very thorough and gave me plenty of her time. She was very knowledgeable and was willing to listen and answer all of my questions. I could not have been more satisfied and will see her again for my next check up I give her an A+

** I saw Marie/maria- This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The dermatologist I saw clearly had no understanding of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and even gave me completely wrong information, calling it an autoimmune condition. She couldn’t answer my questions and brushed me off with vague responses. When she noticed a spot on my leg to biopsy, she didn’t explain anything — she just grabbed a needle and came toward me without consent. I had to stop and ask what was happening, and the assistant (not the doctor) told me it was lidocaine. That level of disregard for patient communication is unacceptable and frightening. She also diagnosed melasma on my forehead, tried to sell me a $55 cream at the front desk, and never gave me any instructions or precautions. The enti
