Staff was very courteous and professional. I loved Dr. Agha. He was professional but also friendly. He listened to my complaints and made a plan. I would recommend Dr. Agha and his staff any day.

I filled out a new patient form online as instructed on the website. The paperwork was quite lengthy and detailed. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, only to be informed that I would need to provide the same information over the phone because the online form does not reach them. The receptionist was rude, and my first impression was that they are disorganized and do not prioritize their patients' needs.

Went once had a very lovely visit with a very nice doctor. Made an appointment 8 months later, drove to my appointment and the office is closed. Forgot to mention that or take it off their website. They schedule me a new appointment same day, but I have to scramble to make it an hour a way. After waiting for 45 minutes I saw the doctor we exchanged 5 sentences and then he left. I just needed a refill on a prescription. Now it's 3 hours past my original appointment an hour away from home for what could have been a phone call. Very unprofessional, very rushed, no care or humanity. I heard the front staff making fun of people calling in. I'm never going back

Very unprofessional. They perform surgery with no mask on their face and this was during the Delta Covid surge. Dr. Agha is very rude when dealing with the staff. He has poor communication skills. He wanted to perform two more surgeries on moles that he said were pre cancerous, and I told him that he would never perform surgery on me again. Another dermatologist told me the two moles were not in need of surgery. I would have never gone to this clinic in Douglasville, but they advertise that they have an office in Acworth so I made an appointment. Come to find out the day before my visit that they closed that office.

I had been a patient here a little over 3 years ago. I recently made an appointment at 11:45 and I was coming from east Cobb . They failed to tell me they moved to a new location!!!! So it caused me to be 13 minutes late!!! They claimed I was 15 minutes late and refused to see me !!!! It’s there responsibility to tell their clients they moved to a new location!!!! Especially when there website still has OLD ADDRESS!!! I WILL FIND ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST!!!!
