While I had no problem with the service every single time I needed to get a prescription called in they never did it timely. Perfect example I had appointment at 8 o’clock this morning and it is now 5 o’clock at night and no prescriptions were called in. It’s completely useless, which is now another day that I go without taking a prescription. This is not the third time this has happened to be.

Save yourself the misery! I called to make a Botox appointment with shirisha vallarapu because they were having a sale for the first 8 days of May. When I made the appointment, I mentioned wanting units in my jelly roll under my eye, of which they notified me only certain doctors do that, of which Shirisha does. When I saw Shirisha and told her I wanted my crows feet and jelly rolls done, she told me she doesn’t do jelly rolls. When I pushed back she said she would but prefers not to. Then, I mentioned I was getting married in two weeks and that’s when it really hit the fan. Shrisha informed me that she refused to do my Botox this close to the wedding. She then proceeded to tell me that it was too close ro the wedding, my face would be bruised beyond the point of covering it with makeup, t

I spent my whole morning on the phone, getting this set up. Got to my appointment. Everything. Then they say I need a referral as my appointment is about to start. I'm on vacation. They wasted half of my day! DO NOT GO HERE!

Do not recommend. Doctors can't do their job, and they were overdosing my kid with the meds he was being given. The fear monger you into shit that isn't needed. I'm so glad that I left and I found a dermatologist who actually listens to me concerns and cares for my kid.

The people were nice, but I can’t say they were professional in any way. I asked them to run my insurance and they assured me I would be just responsible for my copay. Well, they sent me $1000+ bill and are asking that I pay it? Billing department is horrible, never returns your call after several attempts still nothing. Very unethical business practice going on here. Of course I will not be paying the bill, due to their misinformation and unprofessionalism. Don’t go here, look elsewhere from here & advanced dermatology, you’ll be glad you stayed away.
