Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Dr. Scott Podnos

The only reason I go to this place is because my insurance. I've been there 4 times with appointments and not once I was seen around my appointment time. Usually takes at least 1hours for someone to call your name(sometimes even longer),then you are sent to another room to wait for the doctor some more. So what is the point for appointments?! It is frustating The staff is not organized and the bathroom is dirty! If you can avoid this place, please do!

This office is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced! Dr Podnos refused to close the wound post Mohs surgery that is in my scalp unless I saw the plastic surgeon. They did not line up the plastic surgeon and wanted me to take off a second day from treating patients to have the wound closed or let it heal on its own and have a bald spot. I would highly recommend finding a different office! Dr. Moran

I booked an appointment for my 9 year old, I asked if they accepted her insurance, gave the member ID, a few days later they send me a confirmation for my appointment. I showed up after taking my daughter out of school in the middle of the day and was told that they will not see us because they do not accept our insurance and that they had made a mistake.

Ladies in the office are so unorganized, Clueless and unfriendly. The worst thing to do to a patient is stress them out or make them feel unwelcome. They seriously need professional training. Terrible customer service. Not recommended

Sorry but this office was dirty. The crowded waiting room was dated. The front windows were filthy. In a seedy little shopping center off Atlantic Blvd. NO WAY
