The front desk staff were friendly. Both the dentist assistant and doctor were very capable and informative during my care.

Dont go there if you dont want to waist your time! Waited two hours, could not get any treatments, because after two hours of waiting it appears the hygienist was not there!!! They took X-ray, charged my insurance and I left!!!

I waited two hours to be seen and during my time waiting in the chair, I saw the hygienist leave and get lunch. He came back and did my cleaning in only 10 minutes?! That’s unheard of, especially because I haven’t been to the dentist in 3 years. It should have taken a lot longer than just 10 minutes. Also, there was absolutely no proper assessment of my teeth. He went straight into drilling. Didn't even care to look at my X-rays or acknowledge the fact that I very clearly have early signs of gum disease. They failed to use a probe on my gums and mirror to check the surface of my teeth and didn't even floss my teeth afterwards; this is STANDARD PRACTICE! No actual doctor came and spoke to me. What more can I say about my dental experience . From the beginning the front desk staff were very nice and smiled and actually appear to love they job . Dr.Ratner was really nice and informative he is also very great at his job .Assistant Maria took good care of me during my procedure. Love it here .I will be looking forward to going back in 6 months .

The cleaning is always done really well and very professionally. The staff are always friendly. This is a great place to get work done.
