I like to give a shout out for Dr. Marcia Zax. If you need a dentist who goes the extra mile to ensure the well-being of your teeth, she is for you. I leave with full confidence of such outstanding care. I come out with teeth that are gleaming. She is very thorough, caring and thoughtful. Her standard of professionalism is exceeded by none. I also find her staff to be excellent. All in all, I recommend her completely.

I love this practice. Dr. Zax is very friendly and I could not be happier with her work. My smile looks the best it has in a long time! The staff is amazing, you can tell they've worked together for years and genuinely enjoy what they do. I feel fortunate to have found such a great dental team. On my first visit, everyone introduced themselves and made me feel right at home. Dr. Zax was very thorough and straightforward, did not rush me and made sure I was comfortable. She made an excellent treatment plan and answered all my questions. I feel her work is very reasonably priced and her staff is fantastic. A special shout out to hygienist Deb, she is gentle, sweet and thorough. Very encouraging too!

I've been a regular patient of Dr Marcia Zax for more than 15 years. When I started going to her my teeth were not in the greatest shape, but over the years she was able to stabilize my condition, and now I frequently have no problems at all after my regular checkup. She is able to catch any problems at a very early stage and repair them before they can get worse. I find her to be extremely conscientious and thorough, and I'm complely happy with the treatment she's provided to me over the years. I also find her staff to be excellent. All in all, I recommend her completely.

I would love to say when I made my appointment with Dr. Zax I had already had a horrible experience with a franchised Dental Co. It was a great experience to finally find someone who really cares about her patients. I had to get dentures and I am so happy I went there. My teeth are beautiful and no one ever knows I have dentures. She did such an amazing job, and the staff is so kind and helpful. Thank you all! Char May Sasso.

Dr. Zax and her whole team are professional and caring, with excellent communication and a notably thorough and personal approach. Among several dentists we've had in Ithaca and elsewhere over the years, we have felt most at ease with Dr. Zax, by far. Front desk staff and hygienists are efficient and very good at spreading positive feeling to everyone.
