Advanced Dental Care

I am a senior. I went to them and they gave me an estimate. Now they say my insurance didn’t cover it. They had all my information on my dental policy. How could my bill come back at 4 times the estimated amount! They never showed me x rays or anything to say I needed the work. NEVER EVER trust them.

I had to find a new dentist since my favorite hygienist left where i used to go. She recommended this office and I am so happy she did. Doctor was great, but the hygienist was amazing. I had to bring my four year old daughter with me and she made it so pleasant. Anyone with children will understand when you got to take them with you. She had my daughter help her and allowed her to see what she was doing. I am so pleased with the customer service and staff. Brittany was great and I cant wait to go back in 6 months!

Had a broken tooth and bridge replaced. The bridge did not fit correctly. The teeth were too big!!! After remaking the bridge 3x over course of a year, I gave up. The teeth are STILL too big and have changed the shape of my lips and I lisp!!! Seeing a new dentist to hopefully get a proper fitting bridge.

These folks charged $10 per client during the pandemic for their PPE. The only people wearing PPE that didn’t wear it before were the front desk people. They also lied to me about how many cleanings my insurance would pay for per year. It’s two, they insisted one. The owner of the practice had horrible chair-side manners. When my last cleaning did come up, they called and said they needed to reschedule, because the hygienist would be out that day? They rescheduled me for 5 months out. Another time I had a crown fall out. Scheduled an appointment for it to be fixed. Waited two weeks for the appointment. When I went in they gave me two options. They would glue the old one back in, $75. Or they could replace it, $475. I opted to have it replaced. They told me that they didn’t have

Friendly staff and very clean place. I've been there 3 times. Once for a cleaning and 2 times for a chipped front tooth. Don't bite your nails because you will eventually chip your front teeth. They have repaired both of my front teeth on two separate occasions and did an OUTSTANDING job both times. I can hardly see the repair from close up. Excellent ! Thank you!!!
