I’ve been with Dr Purcell for seven years and use Danielle for cleanings. I forced my husband to use her because she has a delightful personality and is meticulous with her cleanings. I’ve had to use Dr Purcell recently for a crown and was so happy with his bedside manner, he too is meticulous with his craft. I’m a very anxious dental patient and he helped me with that with light medication. His office staff is also very pleasant to work with. 5 stars plus plus. So glad to be with this office.

: I had an implant placed at this office that unfortunately failed after two years. During my follow‑up visit, the periodontist provided a thorough and clear explanation of the likely causes and outlined the available treatment options in a professional and informative manner. I appreciated the clarity and the high level of care during the consultation. Very pleased with the consultation and the service rendered, I recommend this office .

Yesterday I had serious surgery performed to help with my periodontal disease. No need to go into detail to keep my issues private. Dr. Robert Kelley and his assistant Savino put me at ease and did an incredible job. Dr. Kelley was explaining to me what was happening during surgery. There was no pain and the procedure was done efficiently and smoothly. Yes! 🙌🏼 Thank God that’s over! One more thing … the doctor called me in the evening to see how I was feeling! Nice!

Waited 2 months for a perio appt. I was informed the Dr. was there multiple times monthly. They cancel 1st appt. Then work required me to reschedule 2nd appt. To deconflict this I requested a later timeframe to mid-day or late afternoon. Unable to do this. Now I get a call that they have to reschedule to later in the day, obviously due to the Doctors other commitment, again. Look the customer care there is very good, the basic dentist needs are very good, but the specialized care needed gets a ZERO from me.

Dr Purcell is the best! Been seeing him for 5 years and he and his staff did a phenomenal job with my crown fitting and installation! All of his staff is so professional and helpful! Thank you so much! 😊
