I went to urgent last night, 1 nurse her name is Alisa she looks like Chinese or Asian, the way she talk and her behavior is really rude. Not a professional, hopefully the manager of urgent can correct her. But another nurse is Philippino is really nice and also the doctor too...

My experience was Awesome!!! Every Part of the Process was Exceptional!! Beginning with the Security Check, next the Front Desk Intake, onwards to the Triage Nurse And, Finally the encounter with Radiology and the Emergency Medicine Attending..

This location DOES have 24/7 urgent care, despite what other comments said. I got here at 4:45am and was getting my vitals done within 10 minutes. Phenomenal service. I'm super impressed.

Horrible! They turned me away the night before Thanksgiving! I had a deep cut and needed stitches and since I didn’t have “Kaiser” insurance I couldn’t get treated. Disgusting service don’t go!

Worthless waste of time you can’t be seen at the urgent care without their “special insurance” but doesn’t openly say that on the website. Don’t waste your time
