This by far was the best Urgent care experience ever. Super professional and organized. My nurse Rachel was a beautiful soul, she was kind, she listened my concerns and showed so much compassion. My doctor was very nice and understanding he processed everything I told him instead of dismissing my concerns, and offered much other recommendations that I had not considered. I felt safe and rested well in my room as I waited. I really appreciate there kindness and compassion it’s so rare.

The entire Jonesboro staff were extremely professional and most kind. So thankful that this facility is open 24 hours. Robert P and Anita J were awesome!!

The staff members there were very professional. My wait time wasn’t long at all, maybe 5 minutes or less before I was called back. However, the medical care I received had me there for over 4 hours, I don’t have any complaints. Thank You Kaiser Permanente!

I had a pleasant visit. The wait time was reasonable. I wasn’t there long at all. Nurse Andrea and Dr. Allen were great, as well as all the other staff members I encountered. Very appreciative for their care.
