I took a family member here who had chest pains, fearing it could be a mild heart attack. Everyone there was extremely professional, explained everything, took their time. Was able to draw blood from a very difficult patient to draw blood from. Ran a full suite of tests and scans and we were lucky that it wasn't a heart attack in the end. We were very happy with how everything was handled and the outcome. This place is way better than a regular urgent care facility. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future for myself or my family. Yes if you go there in the middle of the day, it's going to be busy, just like every hospital ER ever. Pack your patience.

I need a refill of my medication and can’t get it. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for WEEKS here. I have high blood pressure and need my diabetes medicine and keep getting the run around. WOST HEALTH INSURANCE EVER. I now have to pay over 500 dollars out of pocket to figure this out. I take care of my mom she has cancer and I work full time and I’m a full time student. I keep getting the same run around. Waited over a hour to speak to someone. I have been without my medication for OVER 1 AND A HALF MONTH. My blood pressure has sky rocketed my blood sugar is out of control! When I end up in the hospital I wonder will they even cover that or will I get the same run around ? If you want to stay alive, keep away from this facility. There are only 3 people in the waiting room for last two hours. No one responding. Reception is sitting duck. My family member is vomiting and having motion due to food poison. And they don’t give a shit. If I m not seen in 15 minutes, I m calling 911 to come attend to her.

My nurse from my visit earlier this month rocked! Lisa you were so compassionate and caring, your bedside manner and patient communication was phenomenal! I know that there are a ton of negative reviews but after my visit I was adamant to leave this review. I saw you today at the comprehensive medical center and I finally got your name so I could leave this review. All medical providers should have your compassion and positive attitude.

I had to take my boyfriend there for medication interaction. The nurse Tabitha was late, making remarks about us on how we were related or so. Other coworkers had to come in and do the discharge as well. The lady was all over the place and unprofessional when dealing with patients. This location is particular has not been the greatest. They sometimes will not have real doctors so they call an online physician and make diagnosis based on nothing ending up having to go back two or three times in order to get an answer. When I had Kaiser it was similar but the beside manners from the nurse were something else! It's been disappointing.
