Dr. Gillespie is amazing. When you first walk in Heather makes you feel like you are family. You can really tell they care about his patients and want whats best for them. Dr. Gillespie takes the time to explain everything. I came in for tinnitus. He took me through all the tests and questions to make sure I was a great candidate for Lenire. He doesn't want to just sell you something. Luckily I am and can not wait to start. Thank you Dr. Gillespie!!

Dr Gillespie was very thorough and took a great deal of time with Jeff and I explaining his problem with tinnitus and resources available for it. There are just a few options to try for possible resolution. He went into great detail and explained why there is no cure but possible help controlling the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and his patience with us and listening to Jeff was extraordinary. We came away from the appointment knowing our options and looking forward to trying what he feels may help Jeff. We would highly recommend Advanced Audiology if for no other reason than to understand tinnitus and the possible therapy available that may help you.

The doctor devoted a lot of time to me today with my hearing aid problem. My hearing was tested and a new set of aids were ordered. Plus my old hearing aid was sent for repair so I will have spares. I was given all necessary time and felt I got excellent care. I am pleased I chose this office and will continue with them for as long as necessary. Excellent Care!

I've been going to Dr. Gillespie for several years and I've been happy there. He's very kind and friendly but most important he's knowledgeable and attentive to his patients needs. His office is very well run and Heather is always friendly and a pleasure to see.

Savannah is both quite professional and kind. She is very attentive to a patient’s needs and strives to introduce them to opportunities that end up being positive experiences.
