Advanced Asian Pharmacy

Horrible crazy lady screaming at customers. Very unprofessional, slow, and condescending attitude towards patients. I saw the manager yell at people just for asking for help and the attitude was beyond reasonable. When I provided them with my information I sat down to wait but it never came out. I looked for the pharmacist and they were busy playing games and listening to tiktok/douyin. I saw the assistant remind the boss but the boss shrugged them off and also got mad at them. I bet the manager hates their customers and behaves rudely towards staff. I think many people visit the doctors upstairs and get sent down here due to convenience. You should ask to have it sent to another pharmacy. Avoid this one.

I am utterly disappointed with the service and product quality provided by this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was compelled to obtain my blood sugar machine from this pharmacy due to time constraints, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, upon returning to the clinic for demonstration, it was evident that the product was subpar. The machine had a low battery, and was incredibly difficult to operate. Even the nurse struggled to use it to get a reading. Upon bringing these issues to their attention, the response I received was appalling. The staff member I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility and insisting I contact the manufacturer myself. Garbage pharmacy!! Utterly rude staff. Dont even bother listening and just yell and scream on the phone. Went to other pharmacy and I didnt even have to pay for the medicine that they claim is not covered. Pharmacist just kept screaming for no reason
