Have been dealing with this company for the past 2 years and it’s been terrible. Late on delivery of meds even though they constantly text about billing. I’ve run low on heart meds every month because of this company. They are TERRIBLE and are playing with people’s lives.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst services I've ever experienced especially because this is a pharmacy. My doctor submitted a prescription over a month ago for life sustaining supplies that I need and I can't tell you how many times I have had to follow up on the supplies. First they said they didn't receive script, then they said they had to request authorization from my insurance since Durable Medical Equipment (DME). After not hearing anything for over a week about authorization I called back and they said they did not hear back from insurance. I called insurance who said they never received request for authorization and further more authorization is not needed since supplies are not over a certain amount. Insurance called Advance Health on 4/1/24 and explained. I followed up immed

Just got off the phone with them. Very rude people and the staff doesn’t know how to answer concerns.
