I had a great experience at Advance Community Health on Capital Blvd. The staff was professional, respectful, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They answered all my questions clearly and didn’t rush me at all. Everything was handled smoothly and the service was fast. You can tell they really care about their patients. I truly appreciate the kindness and support I received. Highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly especially Malachi and professional. The wait time was very reasonable, and the Medical assistant and provider were both kind, patient, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. I left feeling taken care of and relieved. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care.

The lady at the Check-In Registration by the Name Miss THECLA. She is very outstanding. She has people skills, good communication. Plus she went out of her way to assist Me. I will recommend Advance Community Healthcare to everyone. Happy New Year!!

Thecla was outstanding professional, kind, and attentive (she even brought the wheelchair for me). She also stepped in and deescalated an issue during when we had come to pick up after summary visit, with professionalism and grace. I’d also like to thank Ms. Sadonna for her excellent care. I recommend additional training for the second front desk staff, especially in patient manners and respect, so all patients receive the same high standard of service.
