Dr Cha is an excellent doctor. He was my doctor when he was at a prior practice and I followed him to his new practice here. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and answers my questions. Some people were complaining about a different doctor in the practice and some paperwork issues but I didn't have any issues. I think he's excellent.

Always a great experience at this office. The staff is all very helpful and kind. Dr. Cha is thorough, knowledgeable, and never makes me feel rushed. I have recommended this practice to family and friends and will continue to do so.

All around bad experience. We will start with the doctor, she was very rushed and blew in and out of the room. I genuinely did not feel the doctor cared about me and I felt like I was annoying her by asking questions. After the appointment I have not heard from them for months until I received a text that I have a message from the office. The admin, Brandi, sent me a message that I had an unpaid invoice from over 6 months ago. From looking at the invoice they did not spell my name correctly and they did not record my address properly which is obviously why I never got the bill in the mail to pay on time. What’s worse is you take the time to fill out all these forms on your first appointment and provide your id/ insurance and they can’t even record the information off of them properly. Br

Front office staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They knew who I was when I opened the door as a first time patient, processed my insurance quickly, and I saw the doctor with less than 5 minutes wait time!
