Adobe Animal Hospital

I visited today as a new client and had a great experience. The clinic clearly explains at booking that a consultation prepayment is required and that missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged, since they are by appointment only. They also explain these policies ahead of time and are understanding when true emergencies occur. The staff was very kind and did a wonderful job with my puppy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had to take our 15 year old dog to be put down. The only thing that bothers me about this experiences they took a deposit over the phone I asked them for a quote because the previous Hospital took advantage of us I was very very clear asking her if her price of $150 included everything she said yes by the time we left it was $249. Personally they are very nice people it's an older building and it's loud and unnerving I believe if you quote somebody who was in such a desperate position as we were that you should honor your word and try to make it as comfortable for everyone as possible.

I recommend that you don't take dogs or any pets to that place because if you cancel your appointment because you can't make it and you don't cancel it in advance, they'll try to charge you $70 as a cancellation fee for missing the appointment. So, what does that mean? If something happens to you or you have a problem and can't go, they're going to charge you that money? They're crazy! I don't recommend that place at all.

Dr O'Neal and all the staff are incredible. I have been going to Adobe Animal Hospital for over 17 years. Dr O'Neal has been a lifesaver for my dogs. Dr O'Neal and everyone of the staff are great, caring, friendly, supportive, informative. Dr O'Neal and everyone of the Staff go above and beyond. I am truly grateful and thankful for for everyone at Adobe Animal Hospital. I truly recommend them they are great.

They are all very attentive and carrying for all pets. You and sense that they are all there for the benefit of the pets and want the best service for them. They are all caring, loving and thoughtful. When my pet Luna passed away I received a card sign by all staff members with their condolences, I never expected it, but meant so much to receive it and that they all took the time to write a message and sign it.
