Receptionist is not great, scheduled an appointment via email and she still screwed that up. I showed the email chain to prove that the receptionist was wrong after she got an attitude with me on apparently "being late" for an appointment I showed up 15 minutes early for, smooth on her part. NP was wonderful and had great bedside. Doctor Faybush was a waste of my time. I've struggled with what is now a chronic stomach issue for almost a year with no answers from a previous doctor and Faybush prescribed me an antidepressant ? No joke an antidepressant. The appointment with the doctor was awkward, the nurse before the doctor was better about it though so that was good, but it was still a unpleasant experience. Incompetence when prescribing humara a medication i need to keep my ulcerative colitis under control, during the appointment the doctor told me I would have the medication withen a couple weeks or so, it has been over a month and a half, these people never contact, me not once, I go to the pharmacy often definitely over 10 times since they said it would be prescribed in a couple weeks, in this more then a month and a half time the pharmacy says they do not have a perscripton order it was never prescribed at all, the only time I have been in contact with these people is twice, as it is incredibly difficult to get a hold of them, ev

Scheduling an appointment to visit Dr. Faybush was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful! I didn't wait long in the waiting room before I met with Dr. Faybush. She is awesome! She took her time to ask various questions to pin point what could be wrong with me and she listened attentively. She was friendly, personable and offered great solutions. I felt comfortable with her and really appreciated that she took her time! These days it seems doctors are in and out quickly when meeting patients and not really listening, but not her. I highly recommend!

Dr. Pottorff is a wonderful gynecologist. I am very picky about who I see and I am extremely happy I decided to see her. Dr. Pottorff takes time with her patients and listens. She is very caring and knowledgeable. I have every confidence in her!

DO NOT GO HERE! Typically, I don't like giving bad reviews, but this needs to be said. First, my wife and I had a few issues with our prescription from there. They never put my wife's order in and sent mine to a pharmacy to an area about 40 mins from where I live. Getting a hold of them by phone was rough, I had to call over and over again just to talk to someone. Now, after my wife already had her procedure and Im set to have mine in two days, they told us the doctor they set us up with was out of network! I don't know if this was all due to an abnormal workload, short staffing, or straight-up incompetence, but this kind of mistake will likely end up costing us hundreds maybe thousands of dollars! The only reason I'm not doing one star is because, once you're able to get a hold of them,
