Susie Touchinsky of Adaptive Mobility Services was terrific, from day one! Her care and enthusiasm came through in our first conversation, and was born out when we met in person. The time and attention she paid my family member, hearing hopes and concerns, were rewarded as the two shared hugs after the completed driving test. And as much as I appreciate the touchy-feely stuff, Susie hardly stopped there. She expertly laid out the process and expectations, and she didn't shy away from sharing truths and anticipations associated with growing older. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Susie was able to provide a thorough driving evaluation for my dad. She gave him ample space and time to do what he needed. She was kind and understanding of him when she communicated some tough things for him (and us ) to hear. She maintained a professional but caring demeanor and communicated very clearly.

Susie was the best in every way. She doesn’t rip you off or concentrate on all the reasons why you can’t drive. She worked on any problems I had until I overcame them! You don’t have to get a ride to see her, she comes right to your house! It’s nothing like those driving schools. She was my advocate at motor vehicle.(Penndot). The staff there would not let me take the driving test. Susie stepped in and diplomatically explained the process and everything went smoothly after that. I got my license! The entire process was positive and pleasant and I would definitely use her again!

As an OT looking to grow my skills in a much-needed specialty area, I found the training with Adaptive Mobility Services to be top-notch. The on-line and live training components were well organized, thorough and exceeded both my needs and expectations. Susie is a terrific educator and resource for both the clinical and on the road training components. I can not provide enough positive feedback to capture this incredible experience. Gabrielle and Susie are absolutely the very best teachers when it comes to instructing on using hand controls for the drivers test to get your drivers license. They’re not only give you the drivers test, but they take you to the DMV to assure that you’re gonna be very comfortable when driving with the State instructor. Totally worth the money for my independence. They are the most patient people I have ever met in my entire life! I highly recommend them to everyone that needs to use hand controls.
