Sadly I have to leave one star but currently this office doesn’t even deserve that. I have been taking my family to this dentist since 2017… it was an amazing place to go until new management came in a few years back and now nothing but issues. The office manager is RUDE, and will yell at you on the phone as well as lie. My daughter was charged a $50 no show fee because she was in a car accident on her way to work that morning and had a concussion requiring medical treatment. Today on 01/26/2026 they decided to close their doors because of the snow and my daughter did not get a call to let her know. I called left a message and Susan the office manager called me back just minutes ago and told me she personally called every person on the schedule today. Phone records don’t like but yet I w

I've even taking my children here since we moved to this area in 2023. My daughter was 11 when we started. I told the dentist she needed braces and she agreed but kept saying it was too soon, kept making appointments until I finally put my foot down and said I would take her somewhere else because the crowding was causing her pain. We suddenly got the referral. I took her to Hunterdon Family Dental and the orthodontist there was extremely upset because she needs a pallet expander but she is already 14 and the bones don't shift as easily. So we have to pay for an expander that most likely will not work, at which point she will need surgery to expand it. And then braces after all that!!! I feel like they were milking her for insurance payments. Do not take your children here.

We had a very positive experience today with Dr. Lo Guidice, with our son. Dr Lo Guidice was very kind, patient, gentle and caring. The office staff was friendly as well. We highly recommend this practice.

This office is grossly incompetent and their revolving door of dentists are incapable of performing basic dental procedures. My daughter was scheduled for a Maryland bridge, which had been discussed with a practitioner by her orthodontist a month prior. The Maryland bridge is a simple, basic procedure that has been around for 40 years. The day of my daughter's appointment, Dr. Stephanie Trottnow argued that she doesn't like this type of procedure because "they fall out". She also mentioned that she would be "drilling" holes into my child's perfectly healthy adjacent teeth as part of the procedure, which is NOT how it is done. I decided to go to a Dentist that was closer to me. After I read some of the review I was skeptical. Anyway I decided to make an appointment. My appointment was 8:15. Got there exactly 8:15 am. I was in the the chair at 8:20 and my exam was done by 9, with cleaning and consultation. Dr. Patel was very gentle , knowledgeable. Definitely recommended any patient to her.
