I wish I could leave 0 stars. Showed up at 10:45 for my 11:00 new patient apt. Was sent confirmation texts for 11 twice both with no address (thankfully i live close and know where it is) filled out my paperwork ( which was someone elses already filled in and just photo copied so half the boxes were already checked) I sit down in the waiting room at 10:55, no one else is waiting. a few people begin to come in and wait. 7 patients left the back while i was waiting within the hour i was there while not one person got called back at all. the receptionist kept answering the phone and putting people on hold. i did not hear her go back and answer the people at all. i think she just left them all on hold which makes sense i was on hold for 20 minutes before i hung up just to make the apt original

Dr. Ellis is simply sublime. Anticipatory, Kind, knowledgeable and calming. I’ve been going to Dr Ellis for 3 years now. I cannot say enough good things!!

I live just four minutes away and thought I could quickly get in and out for an overdue physical. I didn’t even make it past the front desk before deciding never to return. When I arrived for my 11:30 appointment, I told the receptionist I was a new patient. Her response? “Oh great, another new patient.” Not exactly a warm welcome, but I let it slide—maybe she was just having a rough day. Then, things escalated. An older Black gentleman politely asked how much longer he’d have to wait, mentioning it had already been two hours. The receptionist snapped back, “When he gets to you,” clearly annoyed. They exchanged words, and she ended up cussing him out. When the man stepped outside to cool off, she loudly said (and I quote): “This is the ghettoness I have to deal with.” That was the las

Family practice? Very far from one. So let's first talk about how Dr. Ellis has made me feel very uncomfortable a few times. I will not go into detail all I will say is he is not professional. I never in my life heard a doctor say out loud that I should pay him the $300 for a medication so he can "make the money" himself. Even if it was a "joke" what doctor jokes this way? I know he was not joking. He's said it to me more than once. Now let's talk about the receptionist... if that's what we're going to call her then I am a unicorn. Never answers the phone I mean I've called for months and I never got an actual person that works there. I needed a pre-authorization for my medication. They never put it in. I've called. I even stopped by and all the receptionist says is oh the doctor still did

Dr ellis is the main. Nicole is also a gem. Listen , I don't know how you could even get upset with the man, he's so cool. I would referral anyone who needs a primary, not counting the patients that I sent there. And Nicole is awesome. She keeps that office running, and gives you a break if your late. 5 stars!!!
