Adam Dube, PT

I've been seeing Dr. Dube for several months now and finally getting around to giving him a review. There aren't words to describe the physical improvements that I've gained from his unique approach to PT. I had relatively severe back and sciatica pain that manifested into a herniated disc. His gentle approach has helped me immensely (and continues to). Not only that, but he works not only from his head, but, from his heart as well. He's one of the most empathetic genuine people I've ever met. I truly can't say enough good things about him and what hes done for me! "I highly recommend him" is a gross understatement. If any reader of this review goes to see him, please go at least a few times, and you won't be disappointed.

Within two visits, Adam Dube was able to prevent the need for ankle surgery. I've known and seen oodles of PT's over the years. He is not the typical less-than-helpful physical therapist and brings his own unique set of skills acquired over decades to the treatment table. The entire body is connected and Adam understands this and addresses it. I may have an ankle problem, but it's stemming from my hip. Mr. Dube is very gentle, humble and explains what he is doing every step of the way and why the problem is likely going on. He makes himself available for questions and comments after sessions too. I never hesitate to recommend Adam!

My family and I have been seeing Adam for years now and each visit we get the same excellent care. Adam takes the time to listen to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed through an appointment. He doesn’t just care for your physical well-being either. He’s compassionate, a good listener and helps you feel safe and gives you the space to process how you are feeling physically and mentally. You will feel whole after a visit with Adam.

Hands-on, very effective Physical Therapy period this is not one of those places where they simply tell you to go off and do your exercises while they work with three or four other people! Adam focuses on you alone and he has a lot of experience

I've been a patient of Adam's for several years. I have a physically challenging job, and it's taken a toll on my body. I joke that Adam keeps me walking...but it is true. I used to see a chiro 3x/week, Adam has been able to make sustainable changes over time. I'm more supple and mobile, and can accomplish more both at work and in the gym.
