Horrible horrible customer service! Denise didn't fax my short term paperwork to my employer. Delaying my pay because they did not receive the paperwork on time. Paige was no help. Only one person has access to the paperwork, which makes NO SENSE FOR ONLY ONE PERSON to have access to important paperwork. Asked for the supervisor and was told Dr Carrick was the supervisor, but no voicemail to leave a message to leave a formal complaint. So this is a formal complaint about this facility, that i never visited but this is who handles the paperwork for Medical City Denton.
