I feel like I paid for their mistakes today. The ER told me to return to this location, and because of a disability, I had to use DART (as far as it goes, and Uber ($6.63 because I couldn't walk from the closest bus stop). Did they care - no, so I didn't get to see the doctor. Last time I was given incomplete paperwork for my vehicle's Disability plaquard, so I asked if Mirena could see if the doctor could add the missing RX. She predicted (because she didn't go ask) that the doctor wouldn't do that. The message here - patients pay for Parkland's mistakes, because they are not responsible when they mess up or miscommunication.
