Acute Care Pediatrics

My son had an appointment with an Outside office where a EKG was ordered. Acute care reached out and told me I had to schedule a visit with them before getting the EKG. I asked for an appointment and was giving one one week out. After visiting I was referred to UF in Gainesville by Acute care. I went and they said they would fax the results to Acute care pediatirics. I called Friday 3/14 and I spoke with someone who assured me she had the results and they were pending and as soon as they were available they’d be sent to the requesting party. That day the results were never available before close of business so I had to cancel my child’s appointment and reschedule it two weeks out. Today I took him to his appointment with his mental health counselor (which happens to be in DAYTONA) just to

Dr.Tiu was my doctor since my childhood and he had been the best out of everyone in that building. He is funny and kind. Much respect for him 💯

Horrible attitude from front office staff and office manager. Shame , doctor is a great man with Great attitude and positivity when in the clinic , very funny and personable . Office staff didn’t confirm appt details , has such a nasty horrible attitude talking to people like she wants to fight them. She belongs anywhere but working for a children’s center. Office manager admitted they made a mistake but for some reason still stuck up for that horrible receptionist. Oh well, to a new pediatrician we go!

Appt was at 9am and the doors did not open up until 10

Dr. Tiu is the best he was my pediatrician as a kid and has also seen my kids and definitely knows what he is doing couldn't ask for a better Doctor.
