Acute Care Emergence

The staff is always so friendly and thorough. Ms. Teri is a saving grace. She listens to you and finds the best solution to get you feeling better and back on track. I also love that they have a strong military background and are here to support the military and their family.

On first impression of this urgent care, I was not very impressed. Your welcoming staff and triage nurses set the presidence for your establishment and lets just say you could tell the nurse was ready to go!, She didn't speak to us wasn't welcoming or show any empathy. She treated my son as though he was contagious and she couldn't get away from him fast enough......... Terry was the one to treat my son, and I'm glad her personality was much better than the nurse!!!! .....

I have been sick 3 weeks now. One cold virus lead to more sickness. Saw my primary last week about my ear hurting and was not given any answer, other than she can’t see my eardrum. Woke up today sick all over again like I reinfected with another cold virus. Decided not to use a doctor on my side of town due to me already being sick for so long and doctors over here do not listen to treatment you. I saw this facility and being the area I figured it couldn’t hurt. Of course I get there and I am blown away at the understanding and bedside they have. They listen, ask what was done for you etc. I got everything I should have had before. My virus had given me a sinus infection in addition to ear infection. This should have been caught last week buttt God makes no mistakes it was caught.

Really liked the facility. Really liked the provider/doctor. I had to wait quite a long time after they put me in the room. Probably almost an hour. It would just be nice if they would poke their head in at least once and say hey, he’ll be here soon, etc. Once the provider got there I really liked him. Entire staff was very friendly.

I see Dr. Greenwood. I have always been able to schedule an appointment with in d few days. This time is no exception. Actually I ended up getting a next day appointment. I have found the if you are willing to take a late in the day appointment, you are able to be seen much quicker. I would say I am a relatively new patient due to my original PCM retiring. I was very skeptical having to change to a brand new provider. Having to go through all the past history and such is never easy. After learning more with my new provider about certain medications and procedures, I feel much more at ease. So far so good. I reserved giving a review until I actually had been seen a few or so appointments (just to be fair). My recommendation is to give them a chance and after a few visits/appointments give a
