Acton Pediatric Dental

We love Dr Lee and Brianna! My almost 5yo and 2.5yo have been coming in every 6 months since they were 12mo… it’s always been a great experience. They are so kind, patient, and caring with our children. Very thorough and thoughtful care always. Both kids actually look forward to their appointments! They love the sunglasses during the cleanings and the prize bags at the end :) We have also never had any difficulties with scheduling or changing appointments. I’ve always had great experiences. As a pediatric nurse practitioner and mom myself, I highly recommend Dr Lee and his team!

Horrible hours and an even more horrible disposition in Dr. Lee. My 9yr son became upset during a procedure and I could hear him screaming from the waiting room (I was not asked to come with him, and I was trying to let him be grown up). They did not come to get me until my son ran out in tears like he escaped captors! I was and still am appalled that they did not come get me as soon as he became anxious. I spoke with Dr. Lee after and he acted as if my son had a behavioral issue, which he certainly does not. His attitude and lack of understanding made me leave that office with a vow to never go back and to encourage people NOT to take their children there if they have any fear of the dentist. Thanks for the permanent dental anxiety my son now has Acton "Pediatric" Dental.

We have been the royal customer of this dental office. My two children have been with the office since they were born. However, we got charged with $50.75 "broken appointment fee" when we brought my daughter for a cleaning service on June 9 2022. We were very surprised. We never received any bills for the broken appointments. We still paid this $50.75 at the office but we asked them to send us the list of broken appointment they claimed. A few days later we received the printout of the office appointment journal. It listed 14 "broken appointments" my two children had for the past 9 years. The latest one was on Nov 2021. We do not recall we had so many broken appointments. We did have rescheduled a couple of appointments that we called well ahead of the time. We might have one or at mos

Dr. Lee has always been patient, thorough, and excellent at explaining everything. The staff there is so sweet and gentle as well. Our kids look forward to going to the dentist every time!

Dr. Lee always explains things very thoroughly. He was able to get my son in within the hour of my call to check out his chipped tooth. Lori at the front desk is super pleasant and efficient too. Love this office!
