Ken is amazing. Peggy isn't. I had a deeply upsetting experience at this facility that left me feeling disrespected and excluded. Although Ken was supportive of the organization, others like Peggy have also voiced concerns that echo mine. Everyone deserves a chance, but I did not feel that respect was given from her. During my interaction, I was shocked by how dismissive from Peggy was toward me and my needs. It felt like my background and communication style weren’t welcomed. I left feeling uncared, and honestly, worried about how other vulnerable people may be treated in that environment. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone who wants their opportunity to be treated with respect and dignity. I'm genuinely concerned about how others might be treated

Staff is trusting and they truly care about the needs of there clients. They go well far and above to make sure they are caring for and have what they need. I feel 100% safe and loved with this agency.

Very accommodating and very fun program. They offer a very wide variety of activities. The staff are all very friendly and professional.

Ken and Peggy are amazing !! My client absolutely loves attending this day program, and special weekend events. They have been accommodating with all of our needs.

I have been caring my Nephew who has a Brain injury and for a long time I was looking for programs that would be helpful to him to learn how to strive and become independent and to know that he could do everything a normal person can do when I thought all hope was lost I came across activityOptions Ken & Paggy are wonderful people and they go above and beyond for this program I am grateful to them and their staff because it gives my nephew an opportunity to live life.
