Adam is great. Jessica is kind of rude- she called me to confirm my insurance, and I called back without listening to the voicemail. She answers and exclaims “you never sent any insurance,” which to I replied asking “who’s this?” She continues with an attitude “I left you a voicemail”…. Sorry I’m 20 and don’t listen to my voicemails- I let her know she was being rude and let her know that I would provide a copy of my insurance. Overall, the massage is great but the customer service could defff use some help ! Adding to previously shared review ^ per response- To clarify, I returned the call the same day and simply asked who I was speaking with because I had not yet listened to the voicemail. That was not an attempt to avoid responsibility — just standard communication. I fully understan

Great chiropractor. Convenient. Doesn't overbook appointments leaving customers waiting in lobby. This also allows for walk in clients to get adjusted if you had a tough day at work or tweeted you body having fun. You get taken care of here and back living you pain free life.

Dr Mundt is the man! I drive from Forks to continue to see him and it’s worth every bit of the drive there and back to feel this kind of relief and sleep so much better. Thank you again!!

Going to see Nikki at Active Chiropractor. Been a game changer. She has been a soothing source of healing and she’s so kind to. I recommend her to everyone.

I've been seeing my massage therapist, Nikki, for a couple years now for maintenance care and she has been an incredible staple in my wellness routine. She is intuitive and caring, able to adjust to what the customer needs and, at the same time, can go deep enough to actually help your muscles long term. I've never moved beyond 8/10 pain with her massage techniques, but she often asks if it's too much to let her know, but I usually just breathe through and try to relax. I have recommended her to many people in person and so, naturally, I wanted to recommended her here as well. Thank you, Active Chiropractic for having great care staff, and thank you, Nikki, for always taking care of me in our bi-weekly appointments. 😊
