Wonderful Doctor and staff members. I’m a regular patient and I look forward to my treatments every week. The staff is amazing. I feel like family.

From the moment my nephew and I arrived for his high school physical, to the moment we were seen by Dr. Berger, to the moment we finished up, paid and left, Ally showed excellent customer service and attentiveness to detail. I was a recent patient at Dr. Berger’s office and was very impressed. The staff was welcoming and friendly right from the beginning. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this chiropractic center deserves to be called out. My experience here was nothing short of appalling. The environment is toxic from the top down, starting with the doctor, who is shockingly unprofessional. Instead of setting a positive example, the doctor is actually the main source of the negativity—rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in empathy. It’s clear they care far more about money than patient care. The front desk experience is just as bad. The older woman working there is extremely condescending and rude, speaking to patients and staff alike as if she’s doing everyone a favor just by being there.
