Acosta Urgent Care

I cut my finger today with an electric hedge trimmer. I went to Acosta Urgent Care and received outstanding service from Dr. Acosta and his staff. The ambience of the office is inviting and professional. The support staff was empathetic and kind. My wait was minimal and the paperwork was reasonable to complete. The medical assistant was caring and skilled, the nurse practitioner was professional, competent and demonstrated good assessment judgement. Dr. Acosta has a comfortable professional demeanor and is responsive to your concerns. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

I checked in to the front did fill out some paperwork. Steph was very nice. A young lady help me out to finish up registering and to take my vitals while I was getting my vitals done one of the doctors She’s African-American. I feel very bad for the staff. The doctor started yelling at them for different reasons, even for them, putting patients in rooms believe me if I would’ve just had the doctor that they gave me after that one doctor left this place is perfect Believe me, I know how it is whenever you’re trying to go out to lunch and you can’t, but there is also a time and place and how to speak your stuff, not yell at them in front of patients

By far the best urgent care I’ve ever been. The receptionist was the sweetest lady generously took care of everyone. The Dr. was sweet and patient and listened to everything I had to say. Got me some medicine and sent me away with kind goodbyes and well wishes.

I was referred by a family member and as soon as I walked in the staff was very attentive and friendly. Great customer service. Probably the only urgent care I have ever been to that has been this friendly and welcoming.

This urgent care is amazing! I’ve had the pleasure of visiting them twice (lol, pleasure isn’t commonly used when visiting an urgent care) but seriously the entire staff from beginning to end are so kind. It’s a drastic difference from anywhere in California. The office is clean, welcoming and smells great!! I will gladly drive out there whenever needed!! Thank you guys for offering such detailed care!
