DID YOU KNOW: Achieve Therapy Services has found live mice while clients are present twice within the past year? DID YOU KNOW: Achieve Therapy Services has had two incidents of snakes inside the building in the past year? DID YOU KNOW: Achieve Therapy Services does not have smoke detectors in the building? DID YOU KNOW: Achieve Therapy Services has had at least three minor electrical fires within the past year? DID YOU KNOW: Achieve Therapy Services requires its employees to clean the clinic during the week of Christmas, while the clinic is closed? DID YOU KNOW: Achieve Therapy Services did not have hand sanitizer stations until two months ago? DID YOU KNOW: Achieve Therapy Services did not have gender specific bathrooms until the past 3 months?

Complete scam, not only were the therapists ineffective. We went through three of them within 6 months because they kept leaving the facility, only to have the final one tell us that there was nothing that could be done for our daughters condition. It took them 6 months to diagnose and state that a physical speech impediment could not be treated by them. Basically the textbook definiton of medical fraud, waste and abuse. The lobby was always filthy, no one ever answered the phone, appointments were constantly being changed or dropped. And to top it all off we had paid for all our services and had documentation we had paid for all services, they stated we still had a balance we owed. When we asked them to provide us the medical records for these made up services they didnt and instead sent

Achieve does an excellent job in addressing our kids' needs, whether it is Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy. We've worked with them for a few years already and have only great things to say about them.

Perfect therapy for those with special needs. They do a fantastic job with all of the types of therapies (Physical, Speech, etc.) for the ones with special needs. My brother goes here and he has a fantastic time going here.

I been here for almost my whole entire life and I think until 5th or 6th grade I just stopped going there because I'm growing up and I had different therapists and 2 of them left and all 3 of them were girls and now I forgotten them and what their names were since I think it's been like 1 or 2 years and now I'm a 8th grader in Middle school and now I'm grown up and I'm never going back there again in my life or just to surprise them to know that I'm grown up and moved on and so I literally don't care about this place because I've been going here after school and THANK GOD that I stopped going here.
