I love this place not only do they take care of me and adult but they take care of my two children as well very fast, reliable and understanding always meeting Your needs very happy staff and respectful Clean the environment, and super fast treatment I got my braces in may for my gap and is October and is already closed

I'm in the process of getting treatment for dentures and Dr. Lucia and her assistants El and Donavon are the bomb . office is very clean and they are so professional and caring.My anxiety level is over the top but I feel very relaxed and calm each visit. Highly recommended!! 10 stars. Started off great but ended f up.the doctor is only there every other Monday and I am still waiting for my dentures. It has been almost a year. And they don't give you temporary dentures, so while you are waiting it's humiliating. You have no life and they don't care. If I would of known that this office was going to prolong my process, I would of went somewhere else .once the insurance approved my case, that's when they got messy. I just want to start with the good of this place by saying they are really respectful and so nice but i was told i needed braces for about 3-4 years they said they will reach out to my medical card and multiple times i reached out to my medical card they didn't receive nothing as i try to call aces braces no one answers do better

I am amazed by the professionalism and skill displayed in this office. L did an excellent job during the braces consultation, she made me feel safe and gave me all of the information that I needed for a smooth process. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this office.

I called an hour before my appointment and the assistant Davon was extremely respectful and considerate of my situation, he is an extremely friendly person and is able to converse as a friend, not just as an ortho assistant. The customer service is always good at Aces Braces!
