Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had, the dentist they have cut my gums with her dental tool, mind you my gums were never bleeding before that, very physical with her approach, I told her she was being too physical, didn’t care. stretch my mouth too far with her hands now the corner of my mouth has a cut. I strongly don’t recommend not going there unless you want to leave with pain. Very upsetting and disappointed. Thank god I didn’t bring my son there to get his teeth worked on. Manager said she was gonna set me up with a different dentist honestly I’m all set.

Great and professional service. Alyssa Ramirez is the best. Customer service with her is so humbling and terrific. Any questions I had she answered and if she couldn’t answer it right away she found the answer and got back to me within a reasonable time frame. I don’t know how much she gets paid but she might need another raise. Employees are the heart of the business and if she continues to work there I will gladly be a forever customer.

I came here because the dentist i would usually go to wasn’t answering my calls so i came here and they told me i had 5 cavities and that gave me a weird vibe so i finally was able to go back to my dentist and there they told me i only had one cavity and they just wanted to work on my teeth’s that were already worked on. Some dentists just wants to take more money out of the insurance and dont care about your teeth only care about the money.
