Insurance approved the prescription October 10, 2025. Multiple calls with no answer for problems. They started answering asking me if I needed a refill, when I hadn't even received the first prescription. Insurance paid on December 18. Prescription, which needed refrigeration, was shipped overnight December 23. Gee, do you think it was delivered Christmas Eve? Of course not. Fedex said they had too many packages. Finally received December 26. Of course it was not cold. Accredo argued with me that it was still usable. They finally said they would mail a return label on Monday, December 29. We set up a time I would me home to receive the package. I got it today, January 6. I also got the return label for the first shipment today. Lots of other problems, but this is the most horrendous serv

Absolutely horrible. They have stopped the delivery of my medication four times and talked to my doctors office four times to get one refill. It’s absolutely absurd now I’m late on my medicine. I don’t understand why they can’t fix the problem and get it taken care of. They definitely need better qualified customer service

I strongly encourage anyone to find another specialty pharmacy. After jumping thru hoops to get a prescription filled and getting it approved (a month later) they tell me they dont deliver this medication any more. They have lost paper work on the approved meds and insist it is my doctor's fault. They do not read previous notes and they do not care about what hell they put the patient thru. I understand why people die without their medication now. The latest problem is they won't refill the medication. They say they need a prior authorization (sent in a month ago), they also keep billing me for what they are supposed to be billing the co payment assistant program. I honestly dont know how they are in business. Since they are a sister pharmacy to Express Scripts they stole my personal banki

I have spent the last 3 to 4 weeks trying to get medication from Accredo, and they have done nothing but give me and my doctors office the run around. They blamed my doctors office to me about not getting the information that they needed. They consistently lied to me about when my medication would be shipped... it never came. Come to find out, they (Accredo) are not even approved to fill the prescription that I needed. After weeks of trying to the prescription filled and multiple phone calls to them, they finally admitted that they couldn't fill the prescription. They wasted mine and my doctors office time. I would NEVER use this pharmacy and I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They clearly do not care about the patient.

I recently called to refill my prescription, and the experience with their automated phone system was incredibly frustrating. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) kept failing to recognize my responses and at times completely ignored what I said. Even when I tried pressing different buttons to navigate through the menu, the system was unresponsive, leaving me stuck and annoyed. After several attempts, I was finally able to reach a live representative, who was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent customer service. They quickly resolved my issue and got my prescription refilled. While I appreciate the help I received from the rep, the phone system was a major hassle. It needs serious improvement to avoid wasting customers' time in the future.
