This is the worst pharmacy ever. Every month it's multiple phone calls over several weeks to try and get them to run the remaining balance through the copay card. And they won't send refills if there is a balance. The billing department doesn't even hide it in their voice that they could care less about you. The most apathetic, lazy, dishonest company I have ever been forced to rely on.

The reason for two stars instead of one is that Google doesn't offer zero stars and the pharmacists, when you get to talk to one, are amazing and really helpful. Accredo otherwise appears to be non-existent. The website says 7-10 support, the phone message says 7-7 but still no one answers. When you schedule a delivery for day 2, they ship so late after hours on day 1 that the delivery arrives at room temperature on day 3. They refuse to use the medical shipments option offered by UPS or others. They offered email contact but it took them more than a month to reply in one case and never in another. If you have a choice of specialty pharmacies, find another.

My son was supposed to get RSV preventative injections 5 months out of the year. They actually called me when they were supposed to and said they would be contacting our pediatrician and the injection would be shipped. Our dr office did their part. We didn’t receive the injection until two months later. He was supposed to have the injection November-March. We received one on 12/29 and never received a call about one being shipped/received on 2/16 and now they are trying to stick us with a 4K bill. No thanks. They also told me I had a 60 day window to remit the prescription. I received the bill 95 days later. Customer service is full of people with attitudes.

This company has had terrible customer service for several years already. This year, they outsourced to a bigger call center outside the country but don't seem to have changed their horrible practices. So now we have bad customer service, harassing phone calls trying to get you to refill even after medication has been discontinued, and a language barrier. Misdeliveries, bad customer service and bad money management from the collections team. Truly some of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Even the doctors groan when you tell them who they have to go through.

By far, the worst pharmacy, worst customer service, worst communication and the most clueless staff ever! I have been waiting for an immune disorder medication for 3 weeks now. This is not for a new medication even. This is for an injectable medication that I have been on for a year now. I would not recommend your services to my worst enemy.
