Avoid if it all possible. I had 5 conversations on 5 different occasions about my correct phone number in regards to communicating with me about my prescription then on the 6th phone call they still had it wrong. Among other things. Hard to believe this company is in charge of making sure people get their very importan medications.

They run smoothly when things are running smoothly HOWEVER! I was quoted a med price of $198 and bill for over $5000!!! I have called more than 15 times, been hung up on, lied to, shuffled and STILL no resolution! The day I saw the bill I began calling and even offered to send back the med… nope. I have put in , so far, 16 hours on the phone attempting to get resolution. They. Are. Terrible.

Update: Again, I am only reviewing company not this specific location. The issue came down to some mix up internally that caused the creation of two accounts. Neither had the whole picture needed to complete things. Once it was all finally setup and going things a pretty simple with the app. I can go on there to request the order and delivery date which can be helpful to make sure you're going to be home that day for delivery. They use FedEx which can be pretty sketchy at times and concern of porch pirates taking off with life saving meds. All in all, if I could go somewhere else to pick them up in person I would. I would give zero stars if possible. The Associate I spoke to on the phone was rude from the get go. The Company it's self makes it hard to get a prescription refill. I called the day before I take my dose to order my refill and they said I have to call back after I take the dose. If my Insurance did not require me to use this pharmacy there is no way that I ever would. I DONT recommend at all!

By far the worst service ever. My chemo meds have been jerked around three times. I’m a week late in taking the meds. And I’m supposed to get meds over the next six months. This SHOULD NOT be a struggle. Cancer is tough enough to deal with.
